Permission is required for reservations above 6 people. In order to reserve for 7 or 8 people, please email us with your request. A per person fee may apply.
House Rules
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
No smoking inside or within 20 feet of any property.
Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted/arrangements have been made. Only hypoallergenic pets will be permissible.
Please be respectful to our neighbors; they are very attentive and always keep an eye on our house for us. Please keep the noise level down especially after 10pm, as noise carries.
There is free parking in our driveway; please make sure you drive very slowly on our street as it’s a gravel road/it minimizes the need for us to re-pour the gravel.
We do not allow parties or additional overnight guests, however arrangements can be made for up to 2 extra guests to stay for a fee. Please contact us to inquire about specific dates.
Payment Policy
Guests pay 50% of the cost upon booking, and 50% on their check-in date.
A security deposit of $500 will be taken at the time of booking and refunded within 7 days of your check-out date, assuming no damages occur.
Cancellations
>42 days or 6 weeks in advance, guests receive full refund
>14 days or 2 weeks in advance (but <6 weeks in advance,) guests receive 50% refund
<14 days or 2 weeks in advance, guests will not be refunded.
