• Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
  • No smoking inside or within 20 feet of any property.
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted/arrangements have been made. Only hypoallergenic pets will be permissible.
  • Please be respectful to our neighbors; they are very attentive and always keep an eye on our house for us. Please keep the noise level down especially after 10pm, as noise carries.
  • There is free parking in our driveway; please make sure you drive very slowly on our street as it’s a gravel road/it minimizes the need for us to re-pour the gravel.
  • We do not allow parties or additional overnight guests, however arrangements can be made for up to 2 extra guests to stay for a fee. Please contact us to inquire about specific dates.

Payment Policy

  • Guests pay 50% of the cost upon booking, and 50% on their check-in date.
  • A security deposit of $500 will be taken at the time of booking and refunded within 7 days of your check-out date, assuming no damages occur.


  • >42 days or 6 weeks in advance, guests receive full refund 
  • >14 days or 2 weeks in advance (but <6 weeks in advance,) guests receive 50% refund
  • <14 days or 2 weeks in advance, guests will not be refunded.
